The first week is all about navigating the app and getting you set up for success, your workouts and nutrition will start from the following Monday. -

Do I need to be super fit to join this program?
No! It is beginner friendly, you will find it it challenging enough to get you back into a regular rhythm.
Do I get a meal guide?
Yes you do! Complete your questionnaire and get a meal guide that will show you how to structure your meals! You can follow this or you can track / create your own foods.
Can I do it from home?
Yes you can, just choose the home option here:
All you need is a set of dumbbells or kettlebells to start!
What kind of movements can I expect at the gym?
The gym based program has a mixture of dumbbells, body weight, kettlebell and machine movements! A mixture of full body workouts, blended with yoga on opposite days.
Why do you include yoga?
I include yin yoga as it's a nice balance to the resistance training we will do together. In my travels I have found balancing the yin and the yang allows you to fully reset and propel forward.
By incorporating yoga into your weekly routine you can experience:
You can experience lower levels of anxiety, such as feelings of fear, dread, uneasiness, and muscle tightness, that may occur as a reaction to stress by practicing yoga.
