FUSION - Pilates x Yoga x Functional Training 12 Week Program

The ultimate program to help get you stronger, more flexible and balanced in your body, mind and spirit.


Throughout the FUSION program you will discover workouts between 15-30 minutes in length, perfect for the busy woman! 


All you need equipment wise:

  • Mat
  • Kettlebells (pair)
  • Ankle Weights 

Throughout this 12 week Program you will experience a mix of:

  • Upper, Lower and Full Body Fusion Sessions of Mat Pilates + Functional Training.
  • Lower and Upper Yoga Flows to aid in mindfulness, muscle, ligament, tendon health and overall recovery.

These sessions are designed to strengthen, lengthen and sculpt your body while also enhancing your posture, flexibility, cardiovascular fitness and stability.


By completing the FUSION 12 Week Program you can expect to:

Program Access is given every FRIDAY - so if you purchase on a Saturday onwards, the following Friday is when you will receive access!
