3 PHASES x 4 WEEK BLOCKS

5 Sessions Per Week - Gym / Home Options

PHASE 1: Building Baselines

This phase is where we build up your aerobic capacity through baseline and interval training, complimented with strength training and yoga to create balance - strengthening and nourishing your tendons, ligaments, bones, muscles + more. This phase is vital for setting you up for success in phase 2 as this builds the foundations, gradually exposing you so your body can adapt and get stronger.

PHASE 2: Specific Preparation Phase

This phase is where we start to ramp things up a bit, specifically focusing on getting to 10km and getting faster with your times. This is such a fun phase, as you will start to feel with your base line runs they are getting easier and easier, the distance is getting longer and you’re feeling alive!

PHASE 3: Peaking Phase

This phase is all about setting you up for success for race day! This phase also includes a taper week, to ensure you’re fresh and ready for race day. Then we send it! 

  • Nutrition is tailored to help get you fitter, faster and stronger!
  • Delicious recipes with nutrient timing so you are set up for ultimate success.
  • Daily motivation in the BHM community.
  • Program + nutrition fully done for you - just show up and take action.

Once you have signed up, you’ll receive a questionnaire via email to fill in with your goals and starting photos. You’ll be on the list to start your program on the 23rd June 2025. You will receive access to your program via our app 5 days before hand, with shopping lists to get your meal prep sorted and so you can go over the program and get ready. 

In this time, you’ll also gain access to the exclusive BHM B2B community so can meet the other women you will be running with!

Your program is fully set out for you, so you can just show up and take action! 12 weeks of tailored training to take you to your next level.

Tape Measure - Clothing (for check ins)

Running Shoes (check out athletes foot for proper fitting!)

Internet Access For App (can download programs offline also!)

Gym access or well equipped home gym!
