This program is designed for the woman who enjoys a blend of training, circuit style.
Short, but effective workouts that are a beautiful fusion of functional training, pilates and yoga inspired movements.
These can be done from gym or home as all you need is a kettlebell (as a minimum) to perform these workouts!

You can expect workouts to be quick, effective and challenging. Periodised over the 12 weeks to get you fitter, stronger, more toned and balanced.
Delivered within our app, so you have everything you need to step into the next level you.
When you join, you will pay a ONE TIME payment which will give you access to this program for 14 weeks - so you have time to catch up if you need. You will also have end of program guidance on what to do next after you complete the 12 weeks os you can not only MAINTAIN the results you achieve, but continue on and progress!
Workout access starts every Saturday, so when you join - the app will load from the following Saturday from payment.
