Transform your body and mind with our 12 week gym x yoga program - GROW.

Grow is designed to help you transform in minimal time in your sessions, aiming for 15-45 minutes workouts! 

Our 12 Week GROW Program is perfect for you if:
✓ You enjoy the gym, and want focus on shaping your glutes, hamstrings, back and arms.
✓ You enjoy your workouts to be shorter as you enjoy working out several days per week.
✓ You want to strengthen your mind-to-body connection.
✓ You want to strengthen the smaller muscles around your hips, shoulders and ankles.

Throughout this 12 week Program you will experience:

  • Workouts targeting your arms, back, glutes and hamstrings. 
  • Warm ups an cool downs focusing on shoulder, hip and ankle health.
  • Shorter but more intense workouts that leave you feeling strong! 
  • Lower and Upper Yin Yoga Flows to aid in mindfulness, muscle, ligament, tendon health and overall recovery.
  • Workout splits of upper, lower and full body.

These sessions are designed to help grow and shape your body, but also strengthen your mind. These workouts are best suited to those who have some experience in the gym as there are some intermediate level techniques in this program. 

By completing the GROW 12 Week Program you can expect to:

✓ Improve your posture, flexibility, stability and cardiovascular fitness.
✓ Feel stronger in lifts such as deadlifts and pull ups.

Program Access is given every FRIDAY - so if you purchase on a Saturday onwards, the following Friday is when you will receive access!
